FAQ for professionals

Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, testing, and delivery of yeast. Don't hesitate to call if yeast is needed quickly. We may have the required yeast on hand. However, a rush fee of $25 may apply.

All yeast is shipped overnight in insulated coolers with ice packs to maximize viability of yeast and to insure freshness. Please specify morning or afternoon delivery.

We concentrate our yeast cultures approximately 5-10 times more than other companies, so we are able to ship yeast in relatively small volumes. For example, our 7 bbl pitchable quantity is packaged in 1.6 liters. 

Lab supplies are shipped ground service. Please allow two weeks for delivery of lab supplies.

COD for $7.50 (Domestic Only)

International Orders: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and wire transfer. (A $75 fee applies to all wire transfers).
