The Yeast Lab has been pretty busy these past few weeks. However, all work and no play makes for a very long day in the lab. Lucky for us, our yeast culture specialist, Allison, went to graduate school with one of the owners of 2 Towns Ciderhouse in Oregon. He wanted some feedback on an apple cider he recently just bottled, so we thought we would end a hard work week with some cider sensory.
