An in-depth course on how to best harvest and store yeast for optimal performance.  This course will also cover preparing yeast for pitching, what to expect with yeast repitching, and troubleshooting fermentation issues related to poor yeast handling practices, as well as provide techniques for reliable brewery propagation.
