Propagation Systems

White Labs Inc. offers yeast propagation systems for breweries seeking to propagate their own yeast in large volumes. This is a sophisticated system and is intended for regional and large-scale production facilities.

The White Labs propagator with Frings aeration technology offers reduced propagation time, high cell density and dissolved oxygen contact. The basic package includes 20bbl/20hl operating volume in 40 bbl/40hl tanks with minimum controls - temperature; DO; pressurized discharge capabilities; and SIP and CIP capabilities.

Options include: pH control, alcohol control, mechanical defoamer, up to 400 bbl operating volume and automation. Nutrients and yeast packages to support the system are also available.
