10lbs Briess Red Wheat
2lbs Briess Rye Malt
1lbs Flaked Oats

Dough in at 112 x 10 minutes, then up to 132 x30m,  pulled out 1/4 thick mash and decocted at 150 x15m then boiled for 15minutes, Added to main mash and rested at 154
