About this Recipe: 

All wheat N Rye Brew in a bag method

10lbs Briess Red Wheat
2lbs Briess Rye Malt
1lbs Flaked Oats

Dough in at 112 x 10 minutes, then up to 132 x30m,  pulled out 1/4 thick mash and decocted at 150 x15m then boiled for 15minutes, Added to main mash and rested at 154 degrees x 40 min, mash out at 168.  Pulled bag out and let drain while in mesh collinder.

FG - 1012

0.5oz. Cascade whole leaf hops @50m
0.5oz. Citra whole leaf hops @50m
0.5oz. Cascade whole leaf hops @20m
0.5oz. Citra whole leaf hops @20m
1oz. Williamette whole leaf @ knockout

Used WLP 380 White Labs Hefeweizen IV
