6 lb Light Dry extract
8 oz Crystal 40
4 oz Carapils
4 oz Victory

Hops
1/2 oz Summit @ 60 min
1/2 oz Summit @15 min
1/2 oz Cascade at 15 min
1/2 oz Cascade at 0 min

Yeast.
WLP060 American Ale Yeast Blend

Steep specialty grains at 154 for 30 min in 1 gal.
Top kettle to appropriate level for equipment & bring to boil, adding extract & first hop addition
Follow hops schedule listed.
Pitch WLP060 into 65 degree wort.

For all-grain, substitute 10 lbs of 2-row for extract. Mash at 156 for 60 min with 1.25 qt/lb water. Sparge out at 170
Continue as above.
