Ferments dry and flocculates very well. Produces a distinctive ester profile. Good choice for most English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.

Most approriate sytles include American Brown Ale, American Porter, English Brown Ale, English India Pale Ale, English Old Ale, English Pale Ale, Extra Special Bitter, Imperial India Pale Ale, Irish Red Ale, and Scotch Ale (Wee Heavy)
