I used your test tube liquid Merlot wine yeast for 250 litres of 2015 home produced Rondo grape juice. The grapes were de-stalked and fermented on crushed pulp for 21 days. This was followed by a secondary fermentation using your Malo-lactic product. This is my 7th year of production. I have previously used dried yeast and no Malo-lactic. I have never been able to sensibly serve my full bodied red until matured for more than 3 years. My 2015 wine, now 12 months old is a different product. It is softer, very rich and drinks better, already, than anything I have previously produced, even my 'owners reserve' 5 year old.
