Used it in cider

This makes excellent cider. Fermented around 70-73. Finishes 100% juice (OG 1.050) at 1.003-ish. But, unlike most yeasts, doesnt completely strip away flavor and is very clean tasting. Perfect for back sweetened semi-dry cider.
