“... I highly recommend it”

Incredibly clean fermenting yeast. I got 83% attenuation on my pilsner. Partially because of the style and partially because of the yeast, it didn't have a lot of malt emphasis and no esters so the hops really came through. Take this into consideration when figuring hop rates. This yeast is great. It made an incredibly dry refreshing beer and I highly recommend it.
