San Diego Brewers Guild Fest & VIP Reception
Friday, November 3 to Saturday, November 4, 2016
Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier, 1000 N. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101
White Labs will be pouring beers during the two-day kickoff celebration for San Diego Beer Week. Attendees will be able to enjoy the same base beers fermented with different yeast strains and experience the differences created by the yeast. The VIP Reception on Friday, November 3 will feature our Dark Lagers fermented with WLP830 German Lager Yeast and WLP845 Fast Lager Yeast. For the Guild Fest on Saturday, November 4, stop by the White Labs booth and sample our IPAs fermented with WLP001 California Ale Yeast and WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast.
Make sure to try Capitol of Craft IPA, the official beer of San Diego Beer Week brewed in collaboration by our region's award-winning brewers, which will be released and on tap during this event. Blind Tasting with Home Brewing Co.

San Diego Beer Week will showcase plenty of awesomeness, but nothing quite like this event! Home Brewing Co. and White Labs are teaming up and putting your taste buds to the test. Join us at The Home Brewer on Tuesday, November 7, when they will be offering a special, bling tasting flight of Home Brewing Co. IPAs. The team at The Home Brewer is putting an interesting twist on these beers for you to taste, share your thoughts and see what distinct differences your palette finds. The blind tasting flight will be available all-day, and at 7 p.m., White Labs Education Curator Erik Fowler will be giving a casual, educational presentation on yeast attributes and their effect on beer styles. Stop by and experience the power of our trillion microscopic friends!
Two Beers, One (Keep the) Pint
Thursday, November 9 from 12 to 8 p.m.
Stop by the San Diego Tasting Room and enjoy $4 pints of all beers on draft. Just for San Diego Beer Week, we're offering two full pours and souvenir White Labs imperial pint glass for $10. Come hungry! Our friends from Coal & Barrel BBQ will be set up and selling tasty smoked, grilled eats starting at 4 p.m.
Trivia Night: San Diego Beer Week Edition
Friday, November 10 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Start studying up, our Tasting Room will be hosting its weekly trivia night! It's free to participate and the winners will take home prizes. To celebrate San Diego Beer Week, we're adding a bonus round that's all about San Diego's favorite beverage...beer. The Shrimp Bucket will be set up that night and selling delicious seafood.
White Labs for Labs
Saturday, November 11 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Calling all dog and beer lovers! White Labs is teaming up with the Labrador Rescuers, a nonprofit dedicated to finding good homes for foster dogs, and hosting an event to raise awareness for the Southern California-based organization. Join us in helping the organization find volunteers, homes for dogs, and raise a pint for a good cause. During this special event, guests will be able to meet adorable puppies, participate in opportunity drawings, play outdoor games, and enjoy specialty beers on tap along with delicious food truck offerings. A portion of proceeds from Tasting Room sales will be donated to the foundation.
Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 21: SDBW Hangover Brunch

Closeout San Diego Beer Week with White Labs! For volume 21 of the Fermented Pairings Series, we're taking over the San Diego Tasting Room for a special, SDBW-rendition featuring fermented brunch foods. White Labs is teaming up with Biersal Food Truck and hosting this unique brunch. This volume will be a slightly different format and take place in a more casual setting with more emphasis on food, a good time and menu to help nurse you San Diego Beer Week hangover. Enjoy five beers perfectly paired with four brunch-themed plates, as each one showcases the culinary art of fermentation. Full menu includes:
