The difference between a good brewery and a great one lies in the quality and consistency of their products. Understanding the technical issues involved in analyzing and controlling the quality aspects of beer is critical to any growing brewery, and meeting those needs is the goal of the Essential Quality Control course.

The course presents a full range of topics related to quality control (QC) that will give you the tools needed to produce beers of high quality and consistency. Covering all of the most important aspects of a complete QC program -  sensory evaluation, analytical testing and microbiological testing –the Essential Quality Control course provides an exceptional learning experience and is unlike any other courses available elsewhere.
