We offer third-party analytical testing that is independent of the White Labs’ internal yeast production laboratory. Tests are conducted using the strictest standards employing methods prescribed by the American Society of Brewing Chemists and AOAC. White Labs conducts tests and delivers results in a prompt manner, providing customers with information that is both timely and accurate.
 

With new requirements for FDA Nutritional Labels, we offer three different options for all your labeling needs

 

Option 1- LS6643 Nutritional Label Analysis

This panel includes all analyses needed to create a nutritional label for FDA/TTB beer products.

As well as the ability to add on Vitamin D for an additional price of $303/Sample.

All tests are performed with chemical and instrumental analysis resulting in a longer turnaround time of 3 Business weeks.

Option 2 - LS6644 Alcohol, Calories, and Carbs Panel

This panel gives a condensed version of LS6643 Nutritional Label Analysis.

All tests are performed with chemical and instrumental analysis.

*It does not include minerals, cholesterol, fat, and fiber.

Option 3 - LS6643-CALC Nutritional Label Analysis (Calculated)

 

For an estimated calculation of values, this nutritional panel contains the analyses needed to create a nutritional label for FDA/TTB regulated beverage products. 

By submitting your ingredient information, several of the analyses can be estimated based on the ingredients, such as fat and cholesterol, reducing the overall cost and turnaround time.
