Gluten Testing (ELISA assay)

    Perfect for analyzing gluten in many fermented products including gluten-reduced beers.

    Testing: Our gluten testing is done with the R5-Competitive Gliadin ELISA assay. Results are expressed in ppm and the lowest detection limit is 10ppm. Anything below < 20 ppm is considered Gluten reduced.
