About this Recipe:
We're always looking for thirst quenching beer styles. This month we bring a straightforward recipe which was a big hit in our tasting rooms. Adjuncts steal the show here with herbal and citrus notes being accentuated by black pepper-like flavors and aromas from the phenols. Fermenting in the low 70’s will produce an ideal to style Belgian wit.
