My first time using this yeast was in a west coast IPA, 5.5 gallon batch. I pitched a 1 liter stirplate starter into 1.058 wort. I got a bit worried after not seeing any airlock activity at all after 4 days. I checked the gravity again and it was 1.010. There was no krausen on top so I assume fermentation is complete. Next I will try making a hoppy wheat ale with this yeast.
