Shelf Life Sensory Testing

White Labs utilizes True to Target testing for the best estimated shelf life.

This testing includes an initial description of the fresh product and then is tasted over time to the description created.

The testing can be completed weekly, monthly, or aged.

This testing includes 3 aged time points (e.g. 0 day (Fresh product), 1 month, 3 months, 6 months).

The results will include how many tasters accepted/rejected the product based on the description. Please specify if you want the aging to be done in real time or accelerated when submitting samples.
