Banking Packages 


LS6750 Standard Yeast Banking - Culture can be banked as-is or isolated as individual strains. Ideal for producers who have a single strain of yeast or bacteria to bank

  • Fermentation characteristics based on a 8 Plato Beer Wort

  • First year of banking included

  • LS6705 Genetic Identification can be added for an additional cost

$280 - Includes 1 year of storage. Yearly storage fee of $160/strain applicable thereafter

Learn More Before Banking

LS6725 Mixed Culture Analysis - Learn what organisms are living in your fermentation. 

Ideal for kombucha, kefir, probiotics, or other mixed fermentation food and beverages

  • Standard Plate Count methods are used to identify live microorganisms in the culture via microscopy 

  • Genetic identification of the organisms. Up to 5 organisms are included. 

  • Banking isolated organisms or mixed cultures can be included once analysis is complete. 

If individual strains are banked after,  A yearly storage fee of $160/strain banked will be charged.
