All strains from The Vault are available to professionals year-round via Custom Pour packaging and must have a minimum order of 1.5L for most strains (1L for wild yeast and bacteria) and a 17-30 day production lead time.
The Vault Seasonal Release
A collection of specialty strains curated during the more than 22 years White Labs has been in business. Retailers may obtain select strains for their homebrew shops through The Vault Seasonal Release program, which provides two unique, specialty strains available for ordering every two months.
The Vault for Homebrewers
A collection of specialty strains curated during the more than 22 years White Labs has been in business. Homebrewers may purchase select strains directly from participating homebrew shops that offer The Vault Seasonal Releases. Additionally, White Labs is rebuilding The Yeast Vault pre-ordering feature, and this will debut in the coming months.
In the meantime, when we produce a Vault yeast for professional breweries, we package the additional yeast into homebrew vials. Just go to yeastman.com, click yeast and look under Stores for the green un-locked Vault strains. If you find one, it means we have un-locked the Vault and that strain is in stock and available for order! Or, ask your Store to add it to their next order.
