Complete Microbiological Analysis

  • Purpose:

    To detect beer spoiling bacteria and yeast. Does not detect potential food pathogens such as E. Coli or coliform.

    Testing: Analysis includes WLD, LCSM, HLP and SDA selective media testing. Also includes Gram stain and genus identification of any positive contaminants (example: Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, Wild Yeast). Genetic identification can be added for an additional cost.
