The Yeast Essentials workshops are the most popular classes offered by White Labs as the instructors provide practical tips and help to turn brewers into yeast handling and fermentation experts. The first three workshops were held in 2012, and four more are planned for 2013.
The fourth session in March 2013 will be held at White Labs' headquarters and production facility in San Diego.
