performs testing for Siebel clients. The Siebel Institute of
Technology has moved its Laboratory Services Division from its North
Chicago location to its new home in the facilities of White Labs in
San Diego. "Through the combined expertise of Siebel Institute
and White Labs, we will continue our over 130 years of providing the
full range of analytical services to the international brewing
