It is a real workhorse

By: Jake Huzel | Date: Nov., 21st 2012 | Beer(s) Brewed: Pilsner, Schwarzbier, Pumpkin Lager, Rauchbier

Great yeast! Its a real workhorse, really malty profile easy to handle. I took it to six generations and still produced amazing beer! Really recommend it to anyone looking for a solid lager yeast.

Of all beer I brewed (12 all grain), this yeast strain have produced my favorite beers. Fermentation has been done at 55-57F, I'm able to taste every subtle note of hops and malt in my recipe. It's simply fantastic!

Creates very clean and crisp beers! I just created my best Pilsner using this yeast and I will be using it again. I highly recommend this yeast for dry and refreshing summer lagers.

This yeast performed exactly as advertised

By: Ron Grosholz | Date: Aug., 25th 2012 | Beer(s) Brewed: Pilsner

This yeast performed exactly as advertised. Produced a very clean Pilsner that showcased the grain and hops. Attenuated at 80% and flocked out well for a bright appearance. This yeast is a must try, I know I'll use it again.
