White Labs hosts kombucha/kefir workshop

Join White Labs for a 1-day workshop explaining fermentation in alternative products such as kombucha and kefir on Oct. 26, 2015. 

In this workshop, White Labs scientists will teach the basics of yeast and bacteria, how alcohol and aromas are created, and how to keep your fermentations under 0.5% ABV.

For our hands-on portion, we will have a laboratory activity on proper techniques of taking specific gravities of your product and pH.
