What is in the culture?
A curated blend of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains, designed for performance and flavor-forward byproducts for complex flavor and aroma compounds you only get from mixed culture liquid yeast.

What is the pitching rate?
We recommend 1 package for 5-10 HL/4.2-8.3 BBL, depending on the starting gravity and fermentation temperature.  Higher gravity and cooler fermentation temperatures benefit from higher pitching rates (larger volumes of yeast per HL/BBL).

Can I repitch the culture?
With good yeast handling practices, the culture can be repitched 2-3 times, however the cultures were developed with an affordable price point so you don’t have to repitch.

What is the culture viability?
Cultures are over 95% viable at the time of packaging.

What is the shelf life?
5 months from the QC Release date on the package.
