Beer in Belgium varies from pale lager to lambic beer and Flemish red. There are approximately 180 breweries in the country ranging from international giants to microbreweries.

Wild Yeast & Bacteria

Wild yeast and bacerita are producted used in brewing, wine making and distilling. These strains can lend tastes and aromas from acidity to fruit and earthy notes.
